Newly renovated, sunny holiday apartment on the 10th floor with a south-facing balcony

Enjoy the afternoon sun from the balcony with a spectacular view over the salt marshes and fields to the Baltic Sea towards Hohwacht Bay.

Relax in the peace and quiet of the 10th floor—that’s what a holiday is all about.

The apartment features free Wi-Fi. The bedroom is furnished with a newly set-up double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which is separated from the living area by a partition wall and curtains. The mattresses are similar to a box spring bed, consisting of two individual spring mattresses and two mattress toppers (which can be removed if desired). Storage space is available in the dressers on either side of the bed. There is also a second TV in the bedroom. The apartment features new, modern grey vinyl flooring. In the hallway, there is a spacious closet offering ample storage, along with a seat or storage space near the entryway.

The living area offers comfortable seating with its couch and footstool. The sunny dining area provides ample space for 4 people.

The children’s room features a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) with a shelf for storage. There is a fly screen in front of the window.

The spacious L-shaped kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, a KRUPS espresso machine, as well as an induction milk frother, a coffee maker with a thermos, an egg cooker, a kettle, and a combination microwave with convection and grill functions...

The shower is equipped with a thermostat, a rain showerhead, and a handheld showerhead.

The stereo system includes a CD player and is Bluetooth-compatible with other devices or can be connected via a cable.

A booster seat for toddlers, a clothes rack, and a hair dryer in the bathroom are also provided. The balcony is covered with wooden decking and offers cosy seating with a magnificent view. An awning protects you from the sun.

We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bedding (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can charge you accordingly and ensure the bedding and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via lifts.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the holiday center’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the more than 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field towards the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the holiday centre and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the holiday park
