Initial communications with the host were a bit stressful, and the acess code was provided outside the outlined vrbo policy, but all miscommunications were ultimately recrified after follow up with vrboCare. The home was very clean, comfortable and just as depicted in photos. Aside from the starlink not working due to incorrect password being provided and minimal troubleshooting by the host, we were still able to enjoy our time together since it was only a 1 night stay. The property is very nice and scenic and the host did a great job with attention to detail regarding the decor. Overall the rental location was just what we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

Clean house exactly as described and was easy to book. Just a couple notes for future guests that would have helped us as we have a mild mobility challenge when walking. 1. It’s tricky to find - Apple Maps couldn’t locate the address but Google Maps could. Toggle your apps and you should find it.2. The house is located at the top of a very long all-gravel road with steep inclines so recommends bringing a rugged vehicle. 3. Once parked, you have to walk up an incline on a gravel path to locate the front door (you are told to park in the back). Someone with mobility issues could definitely find this challenging. 4. At night, there are no lights on the side of the house so with the gravel and incline it’s definitely necessary to use your phone light until you hit the porch when the automatic light senses you and turns on. Again, nothing horrible but good to know. M5. I let the owner know the front door will not open without great force (she thought it was due to humidity). Hopefully it can loosen up as the weather cools. 6. The only other slightly off putting part was the thick packet of directions and rules. For the price it seemed strange to be told to strip beds, load the laundry, take out the trash, etc. But perhaps that’s because our previous VRBOs never requested that. Hope this helps other mobility impacted folks!
