Welcome to Cast Your Cares, Haven by the Beach!

This stunning, 3 bedroom, 2 bath apt offers watching the sunrise from your private OCEAN FRONT balcony directly on the beach, a fully loaded and inclusive snack bar and games the entire family can enjoy. And yes...there's a pool!

The master bedroom offers a private bathroom, as well as access to the balcony. Come enjoy your morning coffee at the outdoor table or simply open your curtains and enjoy breakfast in bed while enjoying the view!

Living Quarters Offer: Bring the whole family and enjoy beach views directly from the living room. Access to the private deck with peaceful beach views or enjoy a night inside playing skee-ball, arcade games, board/mystery games and more. Our fully inclusive and pre-loaded snack bar offers: soft drinks, water, candy, chips , cookies, popcorn and coffee! Fun times await at Cast Your Cares, Haven by the Beach!

Additional Notes:
1). Pool access available! (Pool Dates: Open from April 15th through Labor Day)

2). The condo is on the 3rd floor. The view is beautiful but does come with stairs to climb as there is no elevator on the property.

3). Peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) only allows for one parking space on the property. There is additional paid-parking available nearby. Two cars are allowed on the property during the off season.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn the AC to 78 degrees at your final departure (in the winter turn heat to 58 degrees).
Wash and return beach towels to closet as this services is not provided by the cleaners. Unload dishwasher and return clean dishes to their home, ensuring no dirty dishes are left in sink.
Ensure all items, balls for skee-ball, etc. are accounted for and in their proper homes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo was very nice. The kids really enjoyed the snacks and games. We couldn’t find see the amazing sun rise from the balcony. We had a good time on vacation. Would recommend this property to anyone.

We enjoyed our time in Carolina beach! My kids loved the skee ball and the fully stocked snack bar. My husband and I enjoyed the deck and view. The beds were decent for a rental. There are several flights of stairs to climb but that’s the price to pay for the view and awesome ocean breeze. Stephen was quick to respond to all my questions and did everything he could to correct the issue with the A/C on our last night. Would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect place to stay for a relaxing time at the beach! The condo had everything we needed, and then some! The snacks were a really nice treat that were well received by our older children (thank you!), and the skeeball and arcade console were a great way to pass some time during our times out of the sun. We appreciated the very quick replies from the host, Stephen, who was a pleasure to interact with. We also appreciated that the condo was well-equipped with basic items like toilet paper, dish soap, etc., and of particular note were the high quality cookware (not someone’s overused, poor quality items, which is what we’ve often experienced in rentals). Additionally, the linens were all really nice quality and seemed new. The house was clean, and exactly as described in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Stephen!

We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo in Carolina Beach. The 3rd-floor views were wonderful, especially for morning coffee and relaxing evenings on the large balcony. The condo was very comfortable overall and we appreciated the thoughtful extras like stocked snacks, cold drinks, and the fun old-school arcade games — such a nice touch! The host was excellent and answered our questions almost immediately!The location was great and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the furnishings were nice. Prepare to climb stairs. We are seniors and we did it just fine! The view and comfort is totally worth it!Overall, this was a welcoming, fun, and comfortable place to stay!
