Immaculate beach house located in quiet area. Sidewalk leads directly to the private beach. The sunporch is a perfect spot to read a book or have a cup of coffee in the morning. Enjoy views of the water from the patio which offers a firepit and gas grill. Wake up in the master bedroom suite which has beautiful views of the water and a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms and a den - the den has a sofa bed which is also a queen. 2.5 bathrooms, all renovated. Outside shower. Washer and dryer. In a word: Beautiful. Beautiful setting, beautiful grounds, beautiful home, beautiful amenities. The home was immaculately clean all through, down to the sparkling windows. One of the finest examples of attention to detail we’ve ever seen.
