Enter the Sanctuaerie—a luminous modern retreat where soaring ceilings and expansive windows bathe the space in natural light. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath lofted flat is tucked away in a quiet residential pocket of Flagstaff, blocks from NAU campus and a quick drive to downtown.

The open plan living room and kitchen invite gathering, dreaming, and lingering. Sink into soft textures and grounding materials, cook slowly in a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, or let the morning light guide you from yoga mat to journal. Each bedroom is a retreat of its own, simple, refined, with windows that open to the shifting colors of the sky.

Designed for stillness, movement, and creativity. Very fast wifi (800+ mbps) makes it easy to work remotely, while cozy nooks invite you to unplug.

You may arrive with plans to explore, and find yourself canceling them just to chase the way light transforms the space from dawn to dusk.


FROM HERE
Flagstaff is your basecamp for the best of the Southwest. Sedona is 45 minutes south. The Grand Canyon's South Rim is 90 minutes north—do it as a day trip, be home by dark, and end with dinner at Pizzicletta inside Dark Sky Brewery (or Fratelli's on your way back into town if you're starving). Meteor Crater, Sunset Crater Volcano, and Walnut Canyon are all within 30–45 minutes—stop at New Jersey Pizza Co. on the way back (arguably the best pizza in Flag). The Arizona Snowbowl is 30 minutes up the mountain (visible from the bedroom window) and beautiful to explore in all seasons. Don't sleep on Lowell Observatory—the best nightlife in Flag!


GETTING AROUND
You'll have full private access to the upstairs flat, reached by exterior stairs. Around the property, walking trails wind through the pines—a little bonus that guests love. Downtown Flagstaff, trails, REI, and Whole Foods are all minutes away.


PARKING
Parking is free on the street or in the designated lot using the parking sticker found in the house binder. Please return the sticker at checkout.


A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Flagstaff sits at 7,000 feet, so we've thought ahead. Filtered water, a Canopy humidifier, air purifiers and living plants throughout the space. The showers have Jolie and Canopy showerhead filters. The air is dry—stay hydrated inside and out.

The kitchen is stocked with organic spices, teas, electrolytes, local honey, and non-toxic cookware. An air fryer oven, waffle iron, salad spinner, Instant Pot, and a curated selection of cookbooks are there to inspire. For coffee: an electric kettle, French press, Aeropress, and a Baratza Encore grinder.

The living room has a 4K Samsung The Frame TV for streaming. An Ergatta water rower, Lululemon yoga mat, and workout equipment are available. Books and crystals anchor each room. Mindful touches throughout invite you to slow down.


A FEW HOUSE RULES
No pets, no parties, no smoking inside. Shoes off at the door, and always be courteous to the neighbors. Maximum 4 guests.
