Wow!!! Clean as clean could ever be. Beautiful updates to the property and everything was spot on and exactly as described. Had one question after check-in and Brenda was super rapid to reply and assist! 10 out of 10 all the way. And, price point was highly impressive! Recommend for anyone.

The property was clean and ready for our arrival. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch reading to start my day. The grass was green & freshly cut. All of the improvements done on the home were well done. The mattresses on the beds were in good shape and not lumpy like other VRBOs we've stayed at. The floor plan was open in case you had a full house. It could take everyone without bumping into each other. The covered parking came in handy when we were going in and out while it was sprinkling outside. Our host was responsive when we asked questions.

This home was exactly as pictured and described, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. It’s plenty close to the Tech campus, which was the reason for our visit. The AC did have a small issue keeping up, but it was 108 outside, so that’s to be expected. We just turned on the ceiling fans and kept the lights low, and it was very comfortable.

We had a great stay in Cañon City. While the property is an older home, the owners have clearly put a lot of effort into modernizing it while keeping the character that makes it unique.The home was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to settle in and enjoy our stay. We also appreciated the ample parking, which made things especially convenient.A nice combination of old and new, with plenty of personality. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others visiting the Cañon City area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and the hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome. The location was perfect, and we were able to relax and enjoy every minute of our trip. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the entire experience was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.We will absolutely be back!
