The house was beautiful and the host was excellent to work with. He answered all messages in a timely manner. The neighborhood was so peaceful and just what we needed after a long day. The hot tub and pool were used daily.

The host, Sam, is the absolute best. Responsive, cordial and professional. The home is absolutely beautiful and in a lovely location. Heated pool and hot tub were a plus. We had a chance to truly relax and visit the surrounding area. If we could give more than a five star rating, we would. Exceptional in every way!

Great location and amenities

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful private pool, relaxing views, hot tub and plenty of room for our family to hang out together. Beds were very comfortable. Big TV was perfect for the cousins to play video games together while the adults played cards and swam. Everyone was excited to see an alligator cruising around the lake and a bobcat running around.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home along with 2 of our long time friends. We were looking for a relaxing vacation home to spend a few days and found a perfect place! The pool, hot tub and home furnishings were just amazing. We could not have found a more perfect home for the price!

Wonderful House

This house is like new, well equipped, and in a beautiful setting. Everything is in great working order, the decorations a very well done and the house is spacious and comfortable. The wildlife viewing….alligators is a daily occurrence…but from a distance. This is the best rental home we have had the pleasure of being in. Recommended!

Peaceful retreat

Our family really enjoyed the lakefront atmosphere and all of the wildlife around the lake. Gators, armadillos, birds galore , it was really cool. No traffic ,no lines , easy area to navigate. The beaches are very close and not crowded ( Manisota Keys beaches were our favorite). Sunsets over the lake in the evening and as the Eagles would say "A peaceful easy feeling" sums this place up.

Our 60th Birthday Haven

What a fantastic villa set in a quiet location overlooking a lake. We loved watching the wildlife in the lake and the sunsets from the pool area. Everything you need for a villa stay is there. Great on-suite facilities for main bedroom (we were a couple staying), other bedrooms share a shower room. Pool area has great views of the lake and sunsets. Beaches and shops within a short drive. Contact with host was easy and we got prompt replies. We had to extend our stay and host was able to arrange this for us easily. Hopefully be able to return in the future.

We have a hot tub at home, so were aware of how to use, we turned it up a bit and enjoyed it very much. When the pool/hot tub vendor came he put way too much chlorine in it and we could not use it after that as it was so strong. We sat around the pool and only once was able to use the pool as unfortunately the weather was cloudy and cool except of course on our last day there.We did some repairs for the unit, put new batteries in the living room ceiling fan, put new batteries in the starter on the fire pit, put new batteries in the remote for the master bedroom fan, the light worked but the fan did not. I was in property management for 30 years so know how i appreciated people to leave the unit, so we took great care as if it was our own. The blind in one of the windows in the master bedroom is broken. I've never been able to figure out how people break blinds?!It was a wonderful week and we enjoyed the house very much except for the weather which neither you or us have any control over.

This house had everything you needed. Quiet neighborhood, very private backyard. Loved all the decor was such a pleasant stay. We had a few days by ourselves and a few with my sister and brother inlaw. House definitely big enough for the 4 of us. We would definitely go back, Samuel was very helpful with everything we needed.

This home is just perfect! The host, Samuel was very helpful with any questions. No issues getting into the house. He allowed us to get in an hour earlier as it was ready. The house has EVERYTHING you need to start off. Spices, a roll of paper towel. A roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Lovely towels in bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Nice bedding!! Love everything about our stay. We will be booking again for next year. Already miss it !!! Thanks Sam for the great stay !!!

Die Villa liegt idyllisch und ruhig an einem See. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es hat einem in der Villa an Nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch einwandfrei. Wer vernab vom Trubel seinen Urlaub genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
