Obelisc-3 is on the first floor of a building located in a quiet street 500 meters from the sea, in a residential neighborhood, away from the bustle of the tourist areas, but very close to the center of Can Picafort. There is also a public swimming pool and tennis courts at about 400m. and right next to it a gym.
It is part of a group of 5 apartments in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups, providing both proximity and privacy among its members if they rent several of them.
It is a modern and functional apartment for 6 people, with a neat, cheerful and summery decoration. It consists of 3 double rooms (one of them with air conditioning) with 2 single beds each, 1 complete bathroom with shower and another one with bathtub, a living-dining room with satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is completely renovated and has all the utensils and appliances to help you in the tasks during your stay, as well as the laundry.
In Obelisc-3 you will also have wifi connection and a closed garage with private parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
The sunny terrace overlooking the street, from which you can look out to see the sea, is perfect as a solarium and for pleasant summer evenings. With garden furniture, hammocks and barbecue.
Highly recommended to spend an entertaining vacation as a couple or with the family.

Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist centers of Majorca. Its beaches, awarded with the blue flag of the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) extend along almost 9 kilometers of coast, are of fine and white sand and are equipped with all the services,
The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, discotheques, sports, etc. and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, municipal swimming pool... close to the neighborhood, so you will not need to move.
From the village you will be able to reach any point of the island. The Parc Natural de s'Albufera is just a few kilometers away by bicycle, as is the Parc de la finca pública de Son Real (an incomparable natural site full of archaeological sites), which you can reach by walking, cycling or horseback riding along the coast.
A bus line connects Can Picafort with Puerto de Alcúdia, the walled Roman city of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital.

Pros: The roof terrace was lovely.
Cons: The water pressure is extremely low. Having a shower was very hit and miss.
The kitchen is very small.The fridge door opens the wrong way and in such limited space was ridiculous. It’s not a problem to switch the opening.

Pros: Das Haus hatte eine schöne Dachterrasse, wofür ein extra Schlüssel benötigt wurde. In wenigen Gehminuten gab es einen großen Supermarkt und der Strand war ebenfalls innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer vorhanden, die Küche ist jedoch etwas klein (nicht zum gemeinsamen Kochen geeignet).
Cons: Wir wussten nicht, dass die Kaution sowie die Kurtaxe und Strom persönlich vor Ort abgerechnet werden. Demzufolge war es eine Überraschung, als eines Morgens jemand klingelte und jene Sachen abkassierte. Die Kaution habe ich nur unter mehreren Erinnerungen und Nachfragen zurück erhalten.
