The Space:

Conveniently located, this adorable two-story 2BR cabin is within 14 miles of multiple ski resorts -- and just 350 yards from Patton Beach. The home features an expansive and partially covered front porch area, an electric wood-burning stove, as well as beautiful wooden flooring, paneling, and exposed beams. Enjoy a prime location within walking distance of a variety of popular local eateries -- and mini-golf!



LIVING AREA



Feel instantly at home in the welcoming living space, accented with natural wood flooring, paneling, and exposed ceiling beams. Get comfortable on a queen sofa bed and enjoy the warm ambience of the electric wood-burning stove while watching shows on a 49in TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



Channel your inner chef in the delightful kitchen space, equipped with natural wood cabinetry and countertops. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a gas range and oven.



When you're ready to eat, there's seating for two at the kitchen counter, as well as a fold-out table located underneath the stairs.



BED & BATH



This two-story home sleeps five guests between the two bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.



Retreat to the quiet serenity of the primary bedroom, where you'll find a queen bed. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy second bedroom that features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, as well as two twin beds, each located directly below a skylight perfect for stargazing. A full bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, is stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

Take your morning coffee outdoors on an expansive front porch with covered seating for two.

Other perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, gas grill, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles in the driveway.



This vacation rental is not equipped with central heating. There is an electric gas fireplace in the living room and each room has a portable space heater.



Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.



There is the construction of a new home directly across the street from this retreat. There is no completion date but we anticipate about three months.

Walk 350 yards to nearby Patton Beach or to miniature golf at Magic Carpet Golf & Arcade. Discover Waterman's Landing, CB's Bistro, and Gar Woods Grill & Pier -- all less than half a mile away.



When you're ready to hit the slopes, take your pick of multiple area ski resorts! Drive 11.2 miles to Northstar, 11.6 miles to Diamond Peak, 12.3 to Homewood, 13.3 miles to Alpine Meadows, and 13.5 to Squaw Valley.

This was the most cozy spot for a fall getaway. Surrounded by huge pine trees on a quiet street. We could walk to the beach and a great breakfast spot. Quick drive to restaurants and activities.

The Cabin is clean and very comfortable. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay again! The only minor drawback is the kitchen that is not super well supplied with pots/pans.

We absolutely love this cozy cabin! It was perfect for our family! Check in was easy and the house had everything we needed!!! Beds were comfy which was a huge plus!! We had such a lovely stay! It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. It was clean, we thought the beds were decently comfy, and the bathroom was amazing! We really appreciated the heated floors in the early morning. It was close to the water and we walked down frequently. We also were able to walk and enjoy some of our favorite local eateries. This place will forever be my home away from home. Every single thing was perfect. Right around the corner from the lake and Main Street. Neighborhood was quiet and serene. Kitchen hade every utensil and dish that I needed to cook for me and my wife. Would suit a family of 4 easily. I chose to sleep upstairs because of the huge skylights. What an amazing view. In all of my searching in the area, this was undoubtedly the best I could’ve ever imagined. Thank you owners and Vacasa, for making this trip absolutely perfect in every way.

Nice N. Lake Tahoe location

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed exploring the beautiful area of N. Lake Tahoe. The main bed was wonderful, as was the fabulous bathroom. Unfortunately, the twin beds in the second bedroom were horrible. We both tried them and woke up with back pain, forcing one of us to sleep on the sofa. The kitchen was well stocked, but we weren’t able to cook as planned because all but one pot was un-useable. The photo of the property is very misleading. It’s actually located in a dense residential area. And, unfortunately for us, there was a sewage spill right across the street, which required the use of loud heavy equipment late into the night.

Cute cottage in need of repairs

Cute but neglected. Upstairs beds sagging and uncomfortable. Bifold door in front of washer only leaned against machine so when you try to open, it falls on you!!! Sheets in the master tired and thread bare with HOLES. Five guests but only provided 4 bath towels and two hand towels. Safety railings on upstairs loft loose. Bedroom door is coming apart and sticks. Dishes not clean (greasy).
