Typical Park Meadows Rental Unit

This unit has three full baths. One on 1st floor, one on 2nd floor hall, and one in master BR. The 3rd floor loft overlooks the 2nd BR and is accessed via the stairs in the 2nd BR. The entire unit is clean and well equipped. The hot tub is private and in good condition. The unit's garage is not useable by renters causing us a lot of snow removal. There are 3 or 4 parking spaces across the driveway that we used and more about 150 feet away from the garage.
