Winter vacation

The apartment was in the perfect location.  G. who met us on arrival was extremely helpful. He contacted us on a few occasions during our holiday to make sure that everything was ok. Only only issue was that the safe didn't work and the main sliding down into the lounge from the balcony couldn't be locked.   This meant that everytime we went out we had to bring down the shutters. That was our only issue.

Very dirty and stained. Balcony unsafe as had repair to rotten timbers. Balcony furniture rusted and never been cleaned. Overall the property needs a deep clean, painting and new items to replace old furniture. Not recommended. Price paid was not acceptable for this standard. Needs management!
