Great property right on the river. Keith was very easy to work with and very helpful. I have rented dozens of houses on the river and this was one of the more comfortable houses we have stayed in. Absolutely loved the upstairs and downstairs screened in porches!! Thanks again Keith

The house was perfect. The views were amazing. Everything‘s clean and fully stock with anything you could possibly need definitely would rent this house again.

We celebrated our mother's 89th birthday this stay and it was everything we expected it to be! The outdoor lift was a life safer for Mom and very handy getting our luggage and food to and from the the top floor. Home was very clean and everything needed was provided, except the food. We had a lot of fun fishing, we did catch & release. The extra large dining table was used for hours of fun playing games. Local shopping and eating at Snappers is a must! We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the top deck and going to watch the sunrise from the beach pier. This is definitely a place we will recommend to other family and friends for their Matagorda visit.

The inside is older but kept up and clean. Lots of space in the master. Love the set up with the screened in porches, however we noticed that maybe they were not part of the cleaning crew's job. With a little sprucing up on my part the space worked out well. We did not use the fryer, charcoal or gas pits which were all used and not cleaned from a previous renter.

Our stay at Brownagorda was excellent and not too far from the beach. We had all necessary amenities that made our stay so comfortable. It was clean, spacious, and inviting. All beds were comfy, house was cool the entire time, and didn’t have to leave the property to fish. We really enjoyed our mini vacation and would like to return one day with our children and our grandchildren.
