Our home is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. The home has a nice yard with large trees and a fenced in pdrivate backyard. Though it is located off a busy street, the side street helps create distance from road noise and if guests have additional cars, they can feel safe parking car in street in front of duplex.
What makes this property unique
Our home is centrally located, near The State Fair grounds, Hutchinson Community College, The Cosmosphere and within a short drive from Prairie Dunes Golf Course. The home comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The home is tastefully decorated without clutter. There are two living rooms that are spacious comfortable areas to retreat and relax, this can be especially nice for families or work groups.
