Beautiful views from the terrace (we will miss most!) and a great pool area that kids loved. Martin the owner was very friendly and welcoming. He met us in person on our arrival and departure day. We can definitely recommend this house.

This house is located in a very quiet area,10 min. walk to Burriana beach,10min. walk to the supermarket and 5 min.by car to the center of Nerja.It's a very clean and cozy place.We felt at home here.The kitchen is very well equipped,it has everything you need. Very good contact with the owners.We arrived late at night and was no problem with picking up the keys,everything was well organized.The next day we were welcomed with a friendly Martin. We will definitely come back again and will certainly recommend that property.

Pros: August 2020 - due to Covid-19 there was lots of uncertainty as to whether or not our holiday would go ahead. I am so please that it did. The villa is beautifully renovated and and the location is fantastic. The bedrooms are on the lower ground floor which keeps them cool and also very quiet. There is aircon in all the rooms if you want to keep extra cool. The upstairs area has a dining room table for inside dining but also an outside balcony that has a large table to eat in the sun or shade of the extendable blind. Martin's communication was great and my only concern is that he'll be too booked up when we want to book next time! Thank you for a lovely holiday! The Pickards xx

Pros: We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children over 10yrs of age) staying at No34 during July. Martin was excellent at communication throughout and on arrival at the villa Martin ran through everything as the property had been recently modernised throughout. The villa was spotless and clean, the pool was a plus for us with the older kids. The view from the living room was lovely overlooking the sea. The area was very quiet (residential area) and only a 5-10minute stroll down to the beach (be warned it IS a steep walk back but totally do able with older kids). The villa is about a 20min walk into old town (Balcon de europe) and the street entertainers/restaurants etc However we spent quite a few nights just down at Burriana Beach restaurants especially Nerja de Bruxelles which kept the whole family happy food wise. There is also a small supermarket shop along the Burriana front and also a Mercadona supermarket around 20 mins walk from the property (we did have a hire car so it was a 5 min drive away). We have absolutely no complaints about the property everything was perfect, comfy beds, AC all working, pool towels and bathroom towels all provided and the pool was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Would definately return again!

Pros: Wir haben das Haus für 2 Wochen im Sommer gemietet und waren absolut begeistert. Das Haus wurde Anfang des Jahres komplett renoviert, ist also quasi wie neu. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Klasse Blick von der Terrasse auf die Burriana Bucht und viel Sonne! Die Eigentümer haben uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und auch verabschiedet. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
