Wonderful 1-bedroom cottage with AC in Colorado Springs

Consider this cottage your home away from home while you visit Colorado Springs. Nice and open living area with a large island in the kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with a counter top over, induction cook top and microwave. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher as well as washer and dryer! Main level has a 3/4 bath and is fully stocked with towels, tp, soaps and shampoos and so on. The main level has a fold out futon to add a bit of sleeping room. Upstairs we have the most comfortable king size bed you've ever laid on. Large upstairs area acts as the main sleeping area with a good size closet and a secondary TV. Each level has it's own mini split heating/cooling unit. Outside we have a nice patio with a gas grill! Plenty of parking and private as it can be.
