Welcome to Eagle Pines, where comfort, style, and lakefront adventure come together. This spacious home features:

- A peaceful king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a sliding barn door for added privacy—creating a true suite-like retreat

- A cozy queen bedroom with easy access to the hall bath

- An epic bunk room with two twin bunks and a queen-over-queen bunk—perfect for kids or groups

- A unique bathroom setup off the bunk room with two showers, two toilets, and a double sink vanity to make mornings easy

- A private outdoor shower just off the bunk room—great for rinsing off after a swim or a day on the lake

- A fully equipped, updated kitchen and open dining area for family meals and game nights

- A backyard built for fun: lakefront views, a fire pit for s’mores and stories, a floating lily pad for water play, and a private dock (fits a fishing boat, not pontoons/ski boats)

Situated on a spacious 2-acre lot, there’s plenty of room to spread out—whether you’re tossing a football, playing soccer, or just enjoying the open space with family and friends.

Whether you’re fishing at sunrise, rinsing off under the stars, or watching the kids take over the bunk room, Eagle Pines is designed for connection, relaxation, and memory-making.

The home is professionally cleaned and fully set up for guests—you’ll find fresh linens, stocked basics, and thoughtful touches throughout.

During your stay, you'll have access to the entire retreat, including the stunning yard, dock, and direct lake access.

Parking is available for multiple vehicles on the property.

- Check-in: Anytime after 4 PM

- Check-out: 10 AM

- This property is non-smoking.

- Parties and events are not permitted.

- The fireplaces in the home are decorative only and not operable due to insurance restrictions.

- Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway and the dirt area to the left of the house.

- Please do not drive or park on the grass. Boat trailers must also be parked in the driveway.

- The dock is located in a no wake zone—please operate all watercraft accordingly.

- The dock is sized for a fishing boat or smaller runabout in the lift. Tying up other types of watercraft to the dock is permitted.

- If you plan to use the boat lift, please send details of your boat at the time of booking so we can confirm it fits safely.

- Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

- No diving is allowed off the dock for safety reasons.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM—please be respectful of the peaceful lakefront setting and our neighbors.

- Fireworks of any kind are not permitted on the property. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
