The house is in a great location and close to downtown! The kids loved the bunk room and the game room. The beds were comfortable and decorated nicely. The only complaint is that they need to spray for bugs. We killed multiple small bugs and spiders.
The decorated kids’ room with 4 bunk beds and the ability to bring our dogs along are the main reasons we chose this property and it did not disappoint. My adult children visited and wished they had the bunk bed room; they are now positive they were not loved enough as children. The hosts provided a generous amount of towels and other amenities that made our stay very enjoyable, and we were very appreciative of their thoughtfulness. The location is convenient to many areas of Pensacola and it added a lot of ease to our vacation plans. My only critique would be the coffee pot being more aesthetically pleasing than functional for those of us who enjoy our morning coffee and need to share with others to keep the peace. I would recommend this property to anyone I know visiting the area. Keep in mind it is a one bathroom unit, though, if you have anyone in your group who spends an inordinate amount of time in there. It was not an issue for our family of 3, but I know it could be an important factor for others planning extended stays.
Me & my family stayed there for the weekend, there was more than enough space for all 6 of us but we were definitely fighting over the restroom. This is also a pet-friendly place, i noticed there being dog hair in the shower curtain from passed guest, which was pretty nasty! We also didn’t find certain stuff within the house and contacted the host they replied in a okay manner, couple hours later. They had more than enough family games for us to play while it rained! Overall an okay experience.
