Quiet 3-room apartment on the upper floor in Scharbeutz-Klingberg with a beautiful, furnished loggia.
The spacious living area, featuring a cosy corner sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, a dining area for 6 people, and a covered loggia with seating, is perfect for complete relaxation. The flat-screen TV with cable and the stereo system add to this atmosphere.
The open kitchenette, equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker, makes cooking a breeze.
The bright sleeping area with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), as well as the second sleeping area with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), allow you to unwind at night.
The cosy bathroom with a toilet and shower rounds out the amenities.

Bicycles may be parked on the terrace.

A parking space is available. (The parking space is not located directly next to the apartment.)
You can access the apartment via a staircase.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
