This peaceful home is a classic Santa Fe Style condo in one of Santa Fe’s most beloved districts, less than a mile to the Plaza. Warm, inviting, and conveys a traditional atmosphere. Close to many restaurants, shops, and points of interest.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining room. The living room has a kiva fireplace and high ceilings with several skylights for plenty of natural lighting (and a pull-out sofa if needed). It has two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, its own TV, a walk-in closet. There are two full bathrooms, including the master ensuite.

The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and doors opening onto the private patio. There is also a dedicated workstation in the master bedroom, equipped with two monitors and electronically adjustable to standing height if preferred.

There is also a laundry room, a one-car garage, and a private patio with sun-lounge chairs, dining area, and BBQ grill.

You will have access to the entire home except for a locked owners closet.

The private patio is accessed directly from the back of the garage and the master bedroom. Please do not open the gates connecting to the neighboring patio.

This comfy condo is in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the historic downtown area.

If you are staying longer than 45 nights we require a mid-stay cleaning. This will be an additional charge of $225 paid directly to the cleaners, and it will be coordinated at a time that works for you.

The main parking is in a gated parking lot shared with the neighbors. Two parking passes are provided. Access from the parking lot to the condo is on a short path between the neighboring condos.

Street parking is also available directly adjacent to the home. The front door of the home can be reached by car to unload luggage or groceries.

The home has a private one-car garage, but narrow access from the road can make it a bit tight to pull into, so only compact cars will fit.

The kiva fireplace in the master bedroom does not function at this time.
