Pros: The unit was in an excellent location as advertised, with walking access to the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, the Waterfront, and some areas of Old Scottsdale. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. This property was advertised as recently remodeled and were some obvious upgrades to sinks, counters, etc.Cons: I would not recommend the property until several maintenance and safety issues that we reported to the host and rental management company were fixed. Issues we reported while in the unit were looked at by maintenance but not fixed during our stay, including the refrigerator leaking on the kitchen floor (and the refrigerator water filter expired but not replaced) and the patio door blinds would not open sufficiently to allow egress from that door. There were other issues like door locks not fastened securely to the doors, covers missing from electrical outlets, etc.
