Our small detached villa in the well-known community "Mimosa II" offers you a perfect and relaxing holiday in a very modern accommodation. The small but exclusive community Mimosa II consists of about 12 detached villas sharing a communal pool. The property has a beautiful Mediterranean garden, is fully fenced and offers 4 sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue, so nothing can stand in the way of the perfect summer. Inside, the house is divided into two floors, on the lower main floor you will find a modern open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, oven, etc, furthermore you will also find the cozy living room with air conditioning hot/cold and a dining area, also a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning hot/cold plus a full bathroom and extra toilet is located on the lower main floor. The upper floor is accessed via an internal staircase and there you will find the other two bedrooms, the master bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning and a double bed, and the second without air conditioning and a double bed. Despite all three bedrooms, we recommend to rent the house only up to a maximum of 4 persons, or possibly 4 adults and a small child. The second complete bathroom is also located on the upper floor. The washing machine is located on a covered outdoor terrace. The house also offers a parking space for your car on the private property.

All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same. Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
