Nestled on Moody Beach this marvelous beach house offers a soothing retreat for guests seeking comfort and space. Our comfortable three bedroom house features a king, queen, and full bed. The linens are high quality.The three bathrooms add convenience and privacy. We supply plenty of towels too.The cozy living room with a futon provides an extra place to unwind while looking out at the beautiful ocean.You will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig,dishwasher and everything you’ll need to prepare your favorite meals.The beach house has heat and AC to keep the atmosphere just right. Enjoy the endless views from our decks.The house has three decks. Two on the beachside and one on the street side. You can catch a sunrise and the moon coming up on the beachside. On the street side you can catch the beautiful sky colors of the sunset.Whether you’re gathering for a quiet evening or fun on the beach MoonDance creates the perfect setting. My grandmother bought a home on Moody Beach in 1914. I spent years enjoying this wonderful area. In 1990 my wife and I built a home in Moody,ME. We have watched the town grow. We have enjoyed raising our children here and have been happy about our decision to move from MA. We now enjoy watching our grandchildren running and playing on the beach. Life is good!
We have offered a 15% discount as we are new to VRBO and we have no reviews which we know are important.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is friendly and safe. It is convenient to supermarkets,great restaurants,miniature golf. There is also Merriland Ridge Golf Course,a par 3 golf course as well as Old Marsh.
If you’re an ice cream lover (who isn’t) there is Big Daddy’s and our favorite,The Scoop Deck. We are partial to that as both of our children scooped there during the summer.It’s a fun spot.
From MoonDance you can walk along the beach( a mile)or drive to Ogunquit. In Ogunquit you can find more great restaurants and shops. You can walk along the Marginal Way for spectacular views and end up in Perkins Cove where you’ll see lobster boats,more shops and famous Barnacle Billy’s.
York is about 5 miles from Wells. There you will find ,on Short Sands, a beach vibe little town. Another beach where surfers tend to flock, restaurants and York Wild Kingdom. Don’t miss Golden Rod, where you can grab lunch and watch their delicious taffy kisses being made.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a wonderful oasis. We have all the comforts of home. It doesn’t get any better than sitting at the table in the morning or on the deck and having your morning coffee looking out at the ocean. Two of the chairs are oversized which we enjoy sitting on. It’s a great place to rest your coffee cup as you relax and take in the view. Get up early and catch a gorgeous sunrise.
We have three decks. Two on the beachside and one on the street side. The street side deck has a table with an umbrella and chairs. We have a grill on the street side deck. The streetside deck gets a lot of late afternoon sun so it’s a great place to warm up if you’re so inclined. One of the decks is accessible from the primary bedroom.
The beach is the ultimate recreation destination. When the tide is out there is a long flat beach on which to play Frisbee,Bocci or any beach game you like.
