HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

There was ZERO communication through the VRBO platform until SEVEN HOURS AFTER WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK IN. I spent hours dealing with VRBO customer service who was also unable to contact the property manager - the numbers provided were all disconnected. We were forced to find another place to stay at the very last minute. VRBO confirmed with us that they cancelled the reservation and we would be refunded. Nonetheless, the property manager for this listing insisted that they would not cancel or refund us despite the fact we never stayed there (I was unaware that the property management company collected our money directly, rather than VRBO). It has been a month and we still do not have our money back -- so we have now paid for two reservations (totaling thousands of dollars). This listing and this management company should be pulled from VRBO. We will never use VRBO again after this experience.

We would like to confirm that we sent the booking confirmation with the arrival information, including your host's contact information, prior to your arrival. Also, we would like to confirm that we received a message from you on your day of check in, prior to check in time, and we responded within 1 hour. We sent the information to the email address provided by you. We would like to confirm after viewing communication between you and your host that they did reach out to you, and it seemed you were confused about which booking it was regarding. Based on this, we can't say they were uncooperative. As you requested the cancellation outside the free cancellation period, the host agreed to the contracted terms and conditions. The property was ready for your arrival. We hope to welcome you again in the future to one of our properties and wish you all the best. Team Holidu.

Casa muito bem localizada, com muito espaço u l

Pros: A casa tinha um terraço muito amplo e muito aconchegante Cons: A televisão não funcionava muito bem os canais, a net só se apanhava na sala, o forno estava avariado , o microondas aquecíamos uma vez a segunda já tínhamos de o deixar arrefecer, e o único colchão confortável era o do quarto que dava para a praia. De resto estava ótimo
