Large and modern equipped vacation apartment on a former farm

Welcome to "Ferienwohnung Jung," a modern, family-friendly holiday rental in the Lake Constance district (Deggenhausertal).<br>This non-smoking holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a former farmhouse in a beautiful, secluded setting right on the border between the municipalities of Salem and Deggenhausertal, with direct access to the cycling and hiking trails of both municipalities.<br><br>It features a spacious floor plan and a living area of approximately 85 square metres. There is a large open living area with a sofa set, a corner bench seating area, and a well-equipped built-in kitchen. The living area is equipped with a TV and DVD player, along with an extensive DVD collection, in case the weather isn’t cooperating. There are also two separate bedrooms (parents’ and children’s), each with two beds; an additional bed for a toddler can be provided if needed. The children’s bedroom also has plenty of games, books, and DVDs available. The apartment also features a balcony.<br>Our farm is located in the least populated region of the Lake Constance district, away from the major tourist crowds yet centrally situated between the main attractions, so that many sights can be reached by bike or in a short time by car. All the interesting towns (e.g., Meersburg, Überlingen, Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg) on the northern shore of Lake Constance can be reached in about 20 minutes or less, Constance can be easily reached from Meersburg or Friedrichshafen by (car) ferry or the new catamaran.<br>There is also access to the “Bodo” public transit network (the nearest bus stop is about 200 metres away). <br>The Deggenhausertal Valley is a recognised climatic health resort and a paradise for nature lovers and hikers. It lies between Gehrenberg (750 m above sea level), Heiligenberg (800 m above sea level), and Höchsten (830 m above sea level).<br>On these hills, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Constance and the Alpine panorama on clear days.<br>From water sports on Lake Constance to high-Alpine hiking and skiing in the Allgäu or the Alps, everything is possible. <br>Please note that during the high season, a minimum booking period of 1 week bzw.in and during the low season, a minimum of 3 nights is required.<br>Unfortunately, pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are not allowed in our holiday rental.<br>All of our animals are friendly and enjoy being petted. However, they are not part of the holiday rental, so there are no opportunities for horseback riding.<br>Since large quantities of hay are stored on our farm, smoking is prohibited in the apartment and throughout the entire property.
