The holiday home "Am Sielblick in Ditzum" is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Ideally located for walks along the Ems River, as well as trips to the North Sea coast or the Netherlands, the house offers 120 m² of space for up to 6 guests. Enjoy a cozy living room with wood-burning stove and a spacious dining room with a comfortable chaise longue. The hallway leads to a fully equipped new kitchen with a welcoming dining nook. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. On the ground floor, you'll find an accessible bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Upstairs, reached by a small staircase, features rustic wooden floors and three bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds. The second bathroom upstairs includes a bathtub and shower.
The private outdoor area features a garden, garden furniture, and an open terrace. A café is less than 5 minutes' walk away (310 m), and a bakery and restaurant are about 7 minutes on foot (500 m). Free parking is available both on the street and on the property.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an additional fee on request. A sauna is available by prior arrangement for an additional fee. The garage can be used by guests for an additional fee upon request. A double kayak is also available for an additional fee. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros: Die Ruhe, komplette Einrichtung und genügend Platz für 6 Erwachsene.
Cons: Die Treppe ein wenig zu steil. Nicht unbedingt für die ältere Generation geeignet.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung
Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Der kleine Garten ist besonders schön und liegt geschützt.
Die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Ortes Ditzum und der Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Im Obergeschoss knarrt der Fußboden. Wir waren nur ein Wochenende da, daher hat es uns nicht so sehr gestört. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sonderlich gut gereinigt. Insbesondere die Treppe war staubig und voller Hundehaare - für mich als Allergikerin nicht sehr erfreulich.
Wir würden dennoch wieder kommen :-)

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen.
Da es sich um einen Holzboden handelt, kann es schon mal zu knarrigen Stellen kommen. Bezüglich der Sauberkeit der Treppe und den Hundehaaren, wir haben die Hauseigentümerin kontaktiert und Sie hätte Ihnen sofort jemanden geschickt um erneut zu reinigen. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Ausnahme und hoffen, dass dies Ihren Aufenthalt nicht allzu sehr getrübt hat.
