We love this location and it was the 2nd condo we have stayed at in this complex. The location cant be beat. we love the lay out of the place and the ocean views it has to offer. The apartment is very clean over all and beds are very comfy. I didnt give 5 star because it does need some deep cleaning and carpets need to be either professionally shampooed or replaced. When I had questions about the place, they got back to me asap which was great. Note, bring some beach towels and beach chairs. Their chairs are on the fritz. Regardless, would highly recommend this great place.

WOW.... That is all my family kept saying during our stay. Literally everything was perfect, from the location and being able to see the ocean from both balconies, to the central location of being in the middle of town and directly across the street from the Town store. We have stayed at other locations in Rockaway Beach... BUT... we have now found the rental we will come back to every year going forward. p.s. Since our stay.... we bought a pool table because of how much of a blast they had during our stay..... Core memories were made.

Amazing place to stay! Very clean and cared for. A perfect place to have after a day of exploring the amazing beaches of the coast and walk to the beach for a sunset bonfire in the beach! Very spacious and the pool table was a huge bonus! We loved our stay there!!
