Das Haus liegt sehr versteckt aber genau das macht es aus. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Unter der Woche arbeitet ein Steinbruch in der näheren Umgebung, das hört man schon, aber zu der Zeit ist man normalerweise eh am Strand . Ab der Dämmerung kommen Wildschweine in dem Garten, was ein draußen sitzen unmöglich macht...ist aber ein generelles Problem auf Sardinien und hat nichts mit dem Haus zu tun... außer man würde alles einzäunen. Kontakt zum Vermieter Günter war super.

Maison moderne et idéale pour profiter de la Sardaigne au calme, en pleine nature avec une vue superbe sur les montagnes environnantes tout en s'amusant dans la piscine.La seconde chambre est située au RDC dans un studio qui ne communique pas directement avec la maison de l'intérieur, donc il faut juste le savoir avec des enfants en bas âge, mais tout est très fonctionnel et pratique. La literie est de qualité, le linge de maison est agréable. La cuisine est super bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut.La climatisation serait un vrai plus mais on arrive à profiter d'un peu d'air puisque la maison est située en hauteur.

Wundervoll erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt versteckt inmitten der Natur mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Wälder. Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung ist hier die Devise. Für uns war es perfekt! Von hier aus ist man schnell mit dem Auto an jeglichen schönen Stränden oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Tolle Einrichtung und ein fantastischer Pool. Es war sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sommerurlaub ganz privat

Wir verreisten als Familie und haben in den Bergen vor San Toedoro genau die Ruhe gefunden, die wir gesucht haben - selbst in der Hochsaison. Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung, es war puristisch und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen waren gepflegt und mehrmals kam auch eine verantwortliche Person vorbei, um anfallenden Unterhaltsarbeiten zu erledigen. Die Stadt San Teodoro sowie die vielen umliegenden Strände waren in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gern wieder…

Endlich mal ne Küche mit allem was man braucht und einem funktioniertem Dunstabzug was auf Sarda nicht selbstverständlich ist.Perfekt für Hobbyköche ! Pool und Aussenbereich mit Megaaussicht Kleine Mängel sind fehlender Moskitoschutz im Schlafzimmer und Bad,sowie ein wasserfester Poolanstrich. Ansonsten alles Super ! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

***Tolles Haus***

Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sogar zum backen ist alles da. Es liegen Informationsmaterialen aus, Bücher zum lesen und auch Gesellschaftsspiele sind vorhanden. Der Garten ist wunderschön gestaltet mit dem Lavendel und es sind ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen im Schatten und auch Liegen zum entspannen vorhanden. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, was wir aber auch gesucht haben und man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Von den Nachbarn haben wir nichts mitbekommen, da das Haus sehr geschickt verschachtelt angebaut wurde. Die Kommunikation über den Verwalter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.
