The space
Enjoy the entire house at your pleasure. With approximately 3,000 sq feet there is plenty of space to relax, entertain and gather with friends and family in the great room. 5 -6 sleeping rooms accommodate 5-10 persons.
A remodeled kitchen fully stocked with cookware will allow the most creative chef in your group to have fun! Feel free to use any food items if needed. The tea and coffee station is warming and welcome in the morning. Cook up the pancakes and share breakfast at the harvest table in the great room.
The family/great room offers open floor plan and 50” Roku TV for your streaming pleasure.
There is a formal dining room with fireplace (candles only) on the level also.
A finished game room in the basement is fun in winter or summer.
Enjoy views Of Wintonbury Golf course across the street from the covered veranda.
A 3 season sunroom offers overflow space when entertaining in the great room.
There is a first floor bedroom with full bed plus a first floor den with a full sleeper sofa.
There are 2 stairwells leading to The second level where you’ll find a beautiful newer suite with sitting area, walk in closet, bath with soaking tub. The primary bedroom is a private suite with beautiful space, sitting room and relaxing bath.
3 additional rooms on this level - 3 single beds in one and a queen bed in the other, plus a Disney room with day bed and crib.

The garage is used for passing through to back yard to access grill in shed and it’s a good place to leave shoes. You’ll find glow in the dark bean bag toss game here and recycle and trash bins here as well.
Upon entry from the garage you’ll see the half bath with pocket door and laundry room with second refrigerator. Broom closets provide storage fir costs, brooms, vacuum, and swiffer mop.

Guests May access laundry room with second refrigerator.
Park all cars in driveway not on lawn or on street.
Please use garage to access backyard and not the great room back door as we still need to add a railing there.

Other things to note
Lovely Gas fireplace in great room - we suggest using the ceiling fan to avoid the room getting too warm if using the fireplace.
