Villa Atria is nestled in a spacious garden filled with beautiful pine trees. There is plenty of space; there are three parking spots, a brick barbecue with a sink is located near the house, and a large tent with a dining area is set up in the garden. This traditional Sardinian house features a cosy living room with a fireplace, a small, very well-equipped kitchen, the typical “lolla” in front of the house with various shaded seating areas, and an air-conditioned sleeping area. The three double bedrooms are arranged around a renovated bathroom with a shower; like the rest of the house, it has been completely renovated without losing its original character. The property is a 5-minute walk from the Cannesisa sandy beach and about 25 minutes from the Gennemari sandy beach. The beautiful villa community is well-served by two well-stocked supermarkets, several restaurants (one of which is right next to the house), two boat rental shops, and several kiosks on the two sandy beaches. Please note that electricity usage and the optional provision of bed linens and towels will be billed separately.
