This is a great property for location near Notre Dame and it’s well appointed. The river view and amenities are an extra bonus. We thought the view and room space might be better served with the sectional sofa and television over by the windows (for river view), but that didn’t diminish how nice the house is remodeled.There was a little bit of an instruction challenge during check in with the door code, which requires using the ‘check mark’ button, but once access was granted everything went well.Nice property!

What a comfy cozy gem on the water! Due to our schedule, we didn’t get to experience everything. We did, however, enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the water…. Talk about needed relaxation. Quick response with any questions I had! Thank you

We were in town for our grandson’s national rugby tournament and wanted to find a quiet place without the noise of a hotel. I stumbled across this property and immediately booked it. It’s in a quiet neighborhood right on the lake. The views and sunsets were amazing. The house has been updated and remodeled and was comfortable and cozy. The master bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and there was a second bathroom right off the kitchen. The house is about 20 minutes from the Notre Dame campus and our first visit there was very memorable. Overall I would recommend this property if you’re visiting the South Bend area. Communication with Austin was great and there were never any questions after reading his information about checking in and out. Thank you, Austin!

We enjoyed our stay. Being on the lake and the view everyday was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed sitting outside daily. I think the house needs a little attention and was a bit overpriced for the accomodations. Furniture including beds were not very comfortable and worn. Also patio furniture needs to be replaced as it is breaking down. The railing and steps on the deck needs significant repair and is not the safest especially for elders or kids. But overall we enjoyed our stay and I would rent again, especially if the above were improved on.

Our stay was good, outside area was very overgrown with weeds, impossible to navigate steps to the pier making unusable and dangerous since you cannot see the steps from the foliage.
