You don’t necessarily need a car at this accommodation. A bus stop, as well as restaurants and a supermarket, are within walking distance. It’s also ideal if you want to spend the first or last nights of your holiday near the airport. Within 15 minutes, you can be at the beach in Los Cancajos or in the capital city of Santa Cruz. There is no lift in the building.



La Casita del Arco:

La Casita del Arco is a penthouse that was completely renovated in February 2022, featuring minimalist decor and a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. All furnishings are brand-new, modern, and selected with great attention to detail. The penthouse is very bright, with windows in every room and panoramic windows in the kitchen and living room. It offers a beautiful view over San Pedro all the way to the sea. Thanks to good thermal insulation and double-glazed windows, the apartment maintains a comfortable temperature, and you won’t hear any of the city’s hustle and bustle inside.

The 38-square-meter apartment makes optimal use of the living space and doesn’t feel small. The living space is divided into a living area with a corner sofa and a dining area with an open kitchenette and a small counter serving as a divider. In the spirit of sustainable travel, guests are encouraged to use the tap water
, which is safe to drink and of very high quality. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a stove. In this room, you can enjoy life to the fullest (sunbathing, reading, resting, relaxing, unwinding, and watching the magnificent sunrises and sunsets).

The bedroom also has a window opening onto the rooftop terrace. In addition to the queen-size bed, there is space for a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The unique bedside lamps were designed by the owner himself.

The bathroom with shower and toilet has a skylight opening to the roof, making it beautifully bright.

The highlight is the beautiful private 40-square-meter terrace with two lounge chairs on artificial grass and two armchairs with a table for an aperitif. Of course, there’s also a patio umbrella. The washing machine is housed in a separate room on the rooftop terrace. There’s a QR code at the address that lets you check sunrise and sunset times so you can fully enjoy this breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace.
