We are in town as volunteers for the Falmouth road race and the location was perfect. Such a cute place. Lots of walkable shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend that Brown Jug that is right next door.

We absolutely LOVED this property! I'd give the hosts 10 stars if I could. The apartment was adorable, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. It was located in a quaint, quintessential tree lined neighborhood near local restaurants and coffee bars. The hosts could not do enough for us and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for providing such an amazing experience. If you're looking to chill out for a few days, but still have access to great food, this is YOUR spot!

This is a hidden gem and will be my go to if available when visiting the Cape. Clean and well appointed and the neighborhood is adorable with small town vibes and a bunch of cute little shops and restaurants. The entry stairs overlook the brown jug which had a live musician playing on Friday night. The only thing is parking from 3p-11p is at a premium but there is a space in front of the apartment to unload so it’s not inconvenient. The boardwalk is near by as well. You should definitely book no fear.

This property is perfectly located downtown, within walking distance of several quaint shops and restaurants. It is also a relatively quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. The apartment itself is clean and perfect for a family. The communication of the owner was outstanding and the hospitality of their partners from the Brown Jug was impeccable, not to mention their brick oven pizzas are unbelievable (we recommend the Margherita or Pepperoni/Pepper/Onion). We would absolutely go back. We have been to the Cape many times and Sandwich was a gem we clearly underrated and this apartment was the perfectly spot to enjoy it from. It was centralized to allow us to take day trips and we never had to worry about parking so getting “home” was never a concern. We highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay here! Host was responsive to questions and communication. Location is great - several walkable restaurants and short drive to many more.Very clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
