Holiday Home 'Villa Eden' with Sea View, Terrace & Wi-Fi
The holiday home 'Villa Eden' is located on the border between Avola and Syracuse and impresses guests with its view of the sea. 'Villa Eden' is an apartment in a villa next to one of the most beautiful beaches of eastern Sicily and near the nature reserve of Cavagrande. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room with the kitchen is an open space, where there is also a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The second main bathroom has a shower.
The 100 m² property can accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the big TV room, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
On the second floor, you can enjoy a beautiful veranda facing the sea and a terrace that will leave you breathless with the beauty of the landscape. A barbecue is also available.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and a playground. The outdoor shower is next to the garden where children can spend their free time safely and where there are also some games dedicated to them. The shared area is only shared during the months of July and August.
The strength of Villa Eden is its position as it is only a few kilometres from the main tourist areas of the province of Syracuse, 6km from the Nature Reserve Vendicari, 6km from Cassibile with its nightclubs where you can eat very well, 7km from Ognina marina, 25km from Marzamemi and island of currents, 3km from the great quarry Cassibile, 4km from Fontane Bianche, a known tourist resort of Syracuse, and 10km from the town of Noto capital of Sicilian Baroque.

Terrible house
When we arrived in february we needed to start the heaters, but they did not function. The AC was broken. A gas oven was placed there. But we counldn't start it. We contacted the owner. He did send an instruction video, but still we could not get the heater on. And it leaked so much gas, that we had to move outside. Due to the gas leakage and very cold rooms, we deiced to leave immediately, There were many bags of garbage outside the house, and inside it was dirty and unpleasant.

Heureusement que le logement était bien placé parce que nous avons été très déçu de l'appartement, la terrasse était salle, nous avions les pieds noirs de marcher dessus, pas de clim dans les chambres, les volets qui ferment à moitié, le lit parapluie que j'avais demandé était dans le débarras, le coin de jeux pour enfant était complètement à l'abandon même mon fils a eu peur de monter dans le trampoline. La personne que j'ai eu au téléphone pour arriver dans le logement m'a donné les instructions au dernier moment, pas un mot d'anglais, pas les codes wifi en arrivant. Louer un logement ce n'est pas seulement laisser les clefs sur la porte, c'est inadmissible de voler les touristes de cette manière.

Nous regrettons cependant que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. La propreté de la terrasse est importante pour nous, et nous nous excusons si celle-ci n'était pas impeccable. Alessandro aurait été ravi d'organiser immédiatement un nouveau nettoyage et de s'occuper de vos préoccupations si nous en avions eu connaissance. Pour vos prochains séjours, nous souhaitons souligner que notre service client international est également disponible à tout moment en cas de difficultés de communication. La climatisation se trouve, comme indiqué dans la description, dans la grande salle de télévision. Nous sommes désolés si celle-ci ne vous a pas semblé suffisante. L'aire de jeux pour enfants, qui est partagée, est ouverte uniquement en juillet et en août, et nous regrettons qu'elle n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes hors saison.
