On the upper level of the apartment (accessible via a staircase) are the two bedrooms and a guest restroom.
One bedroom has 1 double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

A lockable bike shed is available for your use.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee)

The central location of Haus Seemeile offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach. Central location, Wi-Fi, elevator in the building, some vacation apartments allow pets upon request, all apartments have a parking space on a lift platform, additional parking spaces available for a fee. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A bicycle storage room is available. There is a well-organized children’s playground next to the building.
