Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level layout features a living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Thoughtful touches include granite countertops, hardwood floors, Hunter Douglas blinds, TVs, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer.



Enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, a basketball court, a boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. I loved the window-wall in the L.R. providing a close-up view of the ocean and beach! Our location provided easy access to everything, just a few steps to the pool and the ocean beach. The parking space for this unit is the best - a few steps to the building's elevator, and just a few steps to the unit door from the elevator. Reaching the town's boardwalk and shopping district was an easy walk along the beach. I can't imagine a better location for a relaxing and fun vacation anywhere in Bethany Beach.
