Sea Pines Village is a townhouse community located on the oceanside of Coastal Highway just off Jefferson Bridge Road and Pennsylvania Avenue between Bethany and South Bethany Beach. Take advantage of the nearby boardwalk and ocean or relax at the pool. Located just outside the Bethany Beach Town limits so no community tax is required. No pets please. All properties have a spiral staircase. This Oceanside townhouse offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Level one offers sunken living room, kitchen, dining area, powder room and patio.
