The condo and the resort are both excellent. It is walking or biking distance to the adorable town of Bethany and across the street from a wonderful shopping center. There is really no reason to do anything but relax at this place!

A great place to stay!

It was quiet, even inside! We loved having the roominess of the loft ceiling. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped. We had a couple chilly days and a couple hot days, and we were comfortable with the temperature throughout our stay. It was fun for all of us to connect around the dining table and still have our own areas to go to. And the view from the balcony and master bedroom! Beautiful!!!

Great Location and Lots of Space

We loved the location and all the space in the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of Sea Colony with all the pools and proximity to the beach. The condo itself could use a deep clean and some updating.

Great views nice space!

Grabbed a last minute rental for a meeting, and some time with my granddaughter. The space was great, just in need of updating bathrooms, beds a little hard and could use new bedding just to really freshen it up. Nicely appointed with what appeared to be all new appliances. The amenities at Sea Colony, along with location make it a great spot.

Mostly good, could use a few improvements

Mostly very nice. New appliances, etc. Cute decor. Could use more glasses in kitchen, better pots and frying pans, a cookie sheet, better can opener etc. Beds upstairs were very hard. The recliners not operational. Most if the rest of the furniture was nice.

Amazing place!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. It was very clean, spacious, and amazing view. Only complaint I have is with vacasas late check out. I received an email to do late check out, but it never went through and once you miss the "window" then you can't do it. We were very disappointed about that.

Condo was great, but…

The condo was great, had a great view and plenty of room. However our car was egged and watermelon and other fruits were thrown on it. Ruined an otherwise great vacation.

Great location, beach & pool but . . .

Amazing ocean view & access to beautiful beach & pool. There was a plumbing problem (broken faucet so couldn't use one sink) that was fixed on Tuesday after Sunday check in with no communication from anyone - never told us when they were coming or that it was done. Inconvenient & annoying but not disastrous - luckily it was not a more serious issue. Bins for moving in/out very helpful & trash chute convenient. Could use same fir recycling.

Step outside and enjoy the beach

This was our first trip to Sea Colony and we’ll definitely be back! This particular condo unit has a lovely oceanfront view and we spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the ocean. The condo had everything our family of five needed but has a few quirks (we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the TV sound, one shower had weird water pressure, parking spot was not where we’d been directed upon check in) but it was a great stay overall. People get to the beach early and stake out their spots so if you’re waiting for the chair and umbrella rental to open, you won’t get a prime spot. But all things considered, if that was our biggest problem on vacation, it still qualifies as a resounding success!

Outdated and overpriced

We had high expectations for this unit. Unfortunately they were not met, which was disappointing considering the price. First the good: Sea Colony a great place for families, and the location and view were 5 stars. Unfortunately, everything else was lacking. Kitchen was under stocked with plates, glassware, and pots. Dining room table only seated 6, and the living room furniture was uncomfortable and inadequate—both recliners were broken and the couch only comfortable sat 3. Balcony chairs were cheap. AC was nearly nonexistent in the back bedroom and the beds were among the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had the misfortune of sleeping on. Dirty, outdated carpet everywhere. This place needs a deep clean, new furniture and a kitchen upgrade. Our family of 7 appreciated the space in the loft area. We didn’t like much else.

Not too shabby

Beautiful ocean view and sitting area from the balcony. Perfect room sizes to accommodate everyone. Beds were pretty comfortable. Downfall, the hot water didn't last more than 2 longer shower takers. We were disappointed that our girls ages 14-17 were not allowed 2 use the hot tub, not even with adult supervision. With this being an off season stay, we were looking forward to that. No towels were provided at the pool area either. The beach was clean and pleasant to visit. The rental was mostly clean but don't forget to clean the nook and cranny areas and provide more garbage bags please. Overall I'd recommend this rental. Easy to work with Seaside Colony and Vacasa. Thank you.

We have no control over the HOA rules concerning the age of those allowed in the hot tub. We apologize for any disappointment this was for your family. Pool towels are not a listed amenity so be sure to check for this if it is important to you. We provide a starter amount of trash bags and other items such as soaps and paper towels. Once those are used up our guests are expected to provide their own. We look forward to hosting your next vacation. Thank you!
