Located near the ocean, you'll be mere steps away from a pristine, private beach. There's also plenty of opportunity to enjoy the local points of interest, including downtown Bethany Beach, Indian River Inlet (surf fishing), biking trails, outlet shopping, and more. The unique features of this cottage include solid cedar paneling, hardwood floors, and a cozy living space indoors and outdoors. Inside, the two-level home's exposed beams, coastal cottage furnishings, and country-style kitchen create a cozy, rustic vibe. Outside, the spacious covered patio is great for kicking back with a cocktail or two. If a barbecue sounds good, fire up the private gas grill and sear your meal to perfection. Other notable features include a family-friendly open design, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
