You'll be wonderfully located near the best of Boothbay Harbor at this home just across the footbridge from downtown. Enjoy fantastic access to Barrett Park and the Boothbay Lobster Wharf mere steps away.

This home makes an enviable home base in Boothbay Harbor, whether planning to spend your days whale-watching, kayaking with Tidal Transit Kayak, or simply perusing the shops, restaurants, and galleries that populate this darling Midcoast town.

After a day of coastal excursions, you'll return to a casual, comfortable living area with two sofas and a smart TV, a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a small indoor dining space. Right out back are a small deck with outdoor seating and marshland views, a gas grill for summer barbecues, and a picnic table where you can gather for lobster rolls and haddock pulled straight from the ocean. The view

Lovely view from this one bedroom condo in a small structure with 4 units. In a cute community near a pier, and an inn. Comfortable bed, nice sofa and small kitchen. Everything was comfortable and clean, friendly community.
