It was a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay just outside of Estes Park. Nicely appointed and I enjoyed the back deck overlooking a lawn and beautiful creek.

Leah's place is absolutely adorable and has everything one will need for a getaway to the Mountains. The decor was so well appointed, and pace is clean, the bed nice and comfy. The back yard COMPLETE with it's own babbling brook was priceless!!! The beavers welcomed us and we enjoyed coffee on back deck in the morning and a chill take out dinner in evening. Can walk to downtown Estes --which has so many fun spots for eating and shopping. This place is worth it. Leah is super responsive and super receptive to my fragrance free requests for future guests. We loved our mountain getaway. :)

Best feature is a large deck with steps down to Falls River. Wildlife walks thru yard occasionally, keep your distance & they won't bother you. Condo is small, basically 2 rooms. Living room-kitchen and bedroom-bath. No dishwasher which makes a difference for an extended stay. No air conditioning (which they say is common) ?? Strong points - Very small stacked washer/dryer is a bonus. Private parking space, kitchen has full size appliances & has almost everything you will need to prepare simple meals. King size bed was the deciding factor for us, few places had one! Another important factor is owner lives in area so if there was a problem they would be accessible immediately. Be aware of the construction going on behind unit. Marriott is building hotel and there is a renovation site next door. Restaurant and something else is being built. Noise and traffic will affect this beautiful location!

Property was clean, we'll stocked & tastefully decorated. We took the free shuttle (redline) everyday into town so we didn't have to look for parking. It picks up right across the street & was so helpful. Saw lots of Elk off the beautiful backyard area. Communication was great, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had! The condo was recently updated--the decor was perfect and so cozy-we cancelled dinner reservations the night we got there an ordered pizza instead! Lots of nice touches (ex: beer mugs in the freezer, great toiletries, etc). Plenty of supplies re: towels, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, etc.) Comfortable bed. Back deck next to river is heavenly!! You can tell this property is personally managed by the owner-no scrimping! Minimal down-side is when you pull up to the property it looks dated--don't let that fool you! Very welcoming the minute you walk in! Also some construction "in progress" on the front side but not bothersome. Would definitely stay here again!
