The house was beautiful and larger than we anticipated, so for a group of 12 it was perfect. The pool and hot tub both had crystal clear water and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: property was clean, attractive, comfortable and tons of space. Reasonable price, close to lots of fun places to explore. Hot tub and pool were enjoyable and the kitchen was fully functioning and a huge help to a large family. We would definitely stay there again.That said, there was room for improvement.Cons: It was definitely in the process of renovation, as one of the 7 bedrooms was closed off for repair, which we did not know about in advance. The pond had too much algae or something, so we didn't go fishing. There were some dead fish floating in the water. The bedroom that looks like it was converted from a sunroom was cold at night and a few bugs got in. None of these problems was a huge deal, but good to be prepared.
