About this property

Beautiful Lakeside Memory Maker

Your perfect combination of lakeside fun & relaxation on Lake Winnisquam.

This spacious 5BR, 3BA waterfront home is ideal for families and friends. Swim, kayak, and relax in the sun without leaving the property, or take advantage of the private dock—perfect for cruising the lake, waterskiing, tubing, or heading to the party at the sandbar. Spend evenings at the firepit watching the sunset.

Full A/C in main house and carriage house. Designed for groups with all linens and kitchen essentials provided so leave those and your stress at home!

The carriage house is a completely separate unit with two bedrooms. Great for multigenerational or multifamily travelers who want to spend quality time together, but also have a bit of privacy.

There are kayaks and lifejackets and floats available for your use. A boat does not come included with the rental, but if you do rent a boat, there’s plenty of room on the dock during the summer to keep it for your stay.

Tilton outlets, Lake Estate on Winnisquam, Gunstock, BankNH Pavilion, Weirs Beach and several golf courses nearby.

We had a wonderful trip!!The hosts were very nice, attentive and easy to get in touch with. The house was sparkling clean and spacious and the floor plan worked out perfect for our family. Having the extra space in the carriage house gave our adult kids room to spread out. Everyone enjoyed being right on the water and the marina to rent a boat is right down the street as was the wedding venue we were attending that weekend. Overall experience, a 10 out of 10 and we would love to come back the next time we’re visiting New Hampshire!! Thanks so much Kerri & PJ for a wonderful stay!!
