Broadlands Villa is a private, two-bedroom luxury retreat in Simon's Town — one of South
Africa's most spectacular coastal villages — perched directly above False Bay with sweeping ocean views from every room.
Designed for two couples or a family, the villa offers complete privacy, a plunge pool, built-in
gas braai, and two gas fireplaces that make this a genuinely great four-season property. The
master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with uninterrupted sea views.
The second bedroom is en-suite and configurable as twins or a king.
The fully equipped kitchen, optional housekeeping, and fast WiFi (92 Mbps) mean you can
arrive and immediately feel at home — whether you're here for a long weekend or a full
week.
The location is the real headline. Boulders Beach — home to thousands of free-roaming
African penguins — is a 10-minute walk away. Between June and November, Southern Right Whales come into False Bay to breed and calve, regularly spotted from the villa terrace. Cape Point Nature Reserve is 20 minutes by car. Cape Town city centre is 40 minutes, or take the scenic coastal train that runs along the edge of False Bay.
Simon's Town is a working naval village with a 300-year history, outstanding seafood
restaurants, and a harbour that sees both naval frigates and whale-watching boats. It is
unlike any other suburb on the Peninsula — quieter, more characterful, and far more
rewarding for guests who take the time to explore it.
