I chose Sunset Park because it offers a peaceful neighborhood feel while still being close to everything Wilmington has to offer. You’ll be just minutes from Historic Downtown Wilmington, local restaurants, breweries, shopping, and the Riverwalk, while Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach are an easy drive away. We love the neighborhood’s historic history, mature trees, relaxed atmosphere, and convenient location that lets guests enjoy both the city and the coast.
