Relax on the sunny front porch with your morning coffee then head to the beach for the day. The cozy living area (with new sofa bed), fireplace, kitchen & queen bedroom make this cottage ideal for couples or small families (sorry, no pets).

Restaurants, shops & boutiques are a short walk.

A parking permit is provided for the village & public lots nearby.

We had such a great time at this property. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. We played “smashball” on the lawn in front of the property, it’s a game sold at all the beach shops in town. I have a bad back and the bed felt wonderful, no pain in the morning.We have 2 kiddos and they enjoyed watching shows in the evening as Disney and regular television once they were tuckered out from beach time.We sat out front on the porch of the property and enjoyed people watching, reading a book and drinking our coffee, while listening to the ocean and birds flying over. We didn’t have to get in our car once to drive anywhere as there was a restaurant in every direction. This was our first time in Capitola and we can’t wait to stay again!

Capitola is one of my favorite places on earth. It is so quaint and pretty, with a wonderful local community of residents, shop owners, and restaurateurs who all take great pride in our area.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is located on Historic Lawn Way. It is just 100 steps to the sand! Closed to through traffic, it is quiet and quaint, but right in the heart of the Capitola Village!
