Das Haus liegt ruhig und die Nachbarn sind nett. Der Vermieter macht immer wieder etwas im Haus, aber es müsste noch mehr gemacht werden. Bei der Sauberkeit müssen Vermieter und Mieter gemeinsam arbeiten. Ansonsten ist es ein Haus, in dem man seinen Urlaub genießen kann.
