Built in the 1600's and used by General Casimir Pulaski as a residence during the Valley Forge Encampment. Part of the barn was renovated to an apartment in 1997. Close to many area attractions. Amazing historic spot near Valley Forge. The enclosed patio was lovely and the interior of the house was spacious. The neighborhood and surrounding area is amazing.

Beautiful accommodations. Our host was readily available to answer questions. I would recommend this location to anyone wishing to have a unique lodging experience close to both Valley Forge and Philadelphia.

We stayed 16 nights & loved this place. Great location, great apartment, and the host was very responsive to any requests. I asked if I could borrow a charcoal grill & John brought the grill & charcoal. The barn is very comfortable & very quiet. We had a few local guests come over in the outside stone courtyard for a BBQ. Beautiful space to entertain or just relax & read a book. If you are going to be in this area, this would be a great place to stay.

John was a wonderful host! We were in town for the weekend for Blobfest and the barn apartment was perfect for us (4 adults). The apartment was well-appointed and charming, with interesting history! The only hiccup (no one's fault, but something for future guests to keep in mind) was that our GPS took us through someone else's property off of Walker Rd. in error. John was great about amending the directions once he realized, so if you have any concerns about directions or parking, you should reach out. The property is really unique and close to lots of trails and historic sites as well. We will be back!
