In the back, adjoining the house, a pantry and caretaker accomodations. Inside you will find a living room divided in two, a fireplace, 29 TV sets connected to a parabolic antenna and the Sky TV antenna, with the sky-family channels plus the SporTV channel, DVD, VCR, stereo, a bar in brickwork, WC (with shower), dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen (with fridge, freezer, microwave oven, stove). In the attic, a large game room with a professional snooker table and a table for card games.

Super schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit der ganzen familie dort. Es war ein super aufenthalt. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Die haushälterin ist top ! Auch der anbieter ist super net. Ótimo final de semana estendido em Camburi

A casa é muito bem localizada. Não precisei dos préstimos da caseira (que mora atrás da casa), porém foi muito solicita sobre todos os questionamentos. Para ficar perfeito, faltava somente ar condicionado. Com ventilador de teto quebra um galho, mas por ter que deixar a janela fechada devido aos mosquitos, ficava um pouco quente. A estadia e as condições da casa me surpreenderam.

casa arejada e muito bem localizada

A casa está localizada perto de absolutamente tudo. Possui supermercado, padaria, farmácia, sorveteria, shopping... Voçê pode fazer tudo à pé e ainda escolher qual praia prefere ir tanto em Camburizinho quanto em Cambury são muito , muito perto. A noite pode sair também à pé para ver as lojas e ir aos restaurantes. A casa é muito arejada, tv funciona super bem e está completa com utensilhos de cozinha para 10 pessoas. Os 4 banheiros completos também ajudam muito na dinâmica da casa. Quanto aos quartos, as duas suites são muito espaçosas e os outros dois quartos um pouco pequenos pois possuem beliches, mas nos atendeu muito bem. Destaque para os chuveiros de todos os banheiros que são muito bons e com ducha forte. O terceiro piso é uma delicia com mesas de jogos e uma mesa de sinuca profissional perfeitamente alinhada. A atenção do Sr. Leonardo e da caseira Eliene, que é MARAVILHOSA e se tornou uma amiga, foi o ponto alto da nossa viagem. Tudo o que você precisar a Eliene já está pronta para atender. É impressionante! E o Sr. Leonardo também sempre respondeu prontamente em todos os momentos desde o começo. Com toda a facilidade da casa e com a atenção e carinho que nos proporcionaram, nossos dias foram muito especiais. Obrigada Sr. Leonardo e Eliene. Esperamos voltar muito em breve !!!

Excelente, super recomendo.

Sem dúvidas a melhor viagem que já fiz, tanto pela hospedagem quanto pelo local. Tudo pertinho, não precisa do carro pra nada, a não ser que queira conhecer as belas praias e cachoeiras que tem nos arredores, mas gostamos tanto de Camburizinho que não saímos dali. Lugar pertinho da praia, a recepção da caseira Eliene, foi excepcional. A localização é ótima

A casa é grande e bem bonita. Bem arejada e tudo funciona. Fomos bem recebidos também. A única observação que queríamos deixar é que entra e sai muita gente passando por nós ( onde fazíamos o churrasco) para ir a casa dos fundos e isso tirou nossa privacidade. Seria bom se tivesse um muro com entrada separada.

Gostei bastante da casa, bem arejada e espaçosa. Apenas deixou um pouco a desejar a limpeza. Mas possui tudo por perto, vc não precisa pegar carro pra nada. A praia fica pertinho tb, porém como temos filhos pequenos não ficamos muito tranquilos na praia, pois é praia de tombo e nos dias que estivemos lá (Janeiro) o mar estava de ressaca, apenas em dois dias dos 7 que ficamos lá a maré estava baixa e o mar calmo. Mas é uma praia bonita e limpa, apenas essa ressalva pra tem tem criança pequena. No geral gostamos muitos da estadia e da praia. O centrinho é muito bonito e aconchegante. Porém os preços são meio salgados.

Adoramos passar o Natal aí, a casa é bem grande e arejada, estava bem calor mas todos os cômodos tem ventilador e tinha tudo que precisamos e a sala de jogos que é um diferencial é muito boa um dos dias choveu e o pessoal adorou ficar lá jogando, única coisa que achamos estranho foi a água das torneiras e chuveiros que é meio escura, mas para comer e beber levamos galão de água, a casa é muito perto da praia e dos comércios da região, ótima localização. A caseira Eliene nos deu todo suporte necessário e foi muito atenciosa e agradecemos o proprietário por toda atenção desde o primeiro contato, com certeza recomendamos e esperamos que numa próxima oportunidade poder voltar...
