Your cozy getaway awaits in Iowa City at this wonderful house located in an ideal neighborhood. The house is 1.2 miles from Kinnick and UIHC and a couple more steps to Duane Banks field and Carver. With four bedrooms, including two king beds and two full beds, plus an additional office space with a bunk bed and pull out trundle, there is plenty of space for everyone. All told, can sleep 11 comfortably.

Amenities include washer/dryer, WiFi, sun-room with pull-down shades and a TV, grill on the back deck. 85in TV upstairs, 75in TV downstairs, plus a wet bar. 2 full baths upstairs and a full bath downstairs. Plus, I'm told the garage is the main hang out for tailgating on game day! Basically everything you need to enjoy a big family/friend event in Iowa City!

In town for a golf outing, house was absolutely amazing. Every guest commented how clean, nice orderly and taken care of the property was will return next year for the next golf outing. Absolutely great property, easy to communicate with Marc and would recommend to anybody that’s looking for a great house in a great neighborhood in a great location. See you next year thanks again.
