Country living 2 bdrm 2 bath 15 min. from Oak Ridge, 20 min fr Powell, Knoxville

Our country living space in the woods, is only 15 minitues to Oak Ridge, or 20 minutes to Powell, and most places in Knoxville. Enjoy farm life with the owners who live next door (raising rabbits, chickens, and numerous vegetable gardens). The property has just beenrenovated in 2026, with new kitchen, bathroom,big screen tv, etc. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and in unit washer and dryer make this place convenient for everyone. There is a large partially covered deck that has a beautiful view of the woods (and seasonal view of the lake). Use of Bull Run Picnic, Boat Launch, for fishing and swimming is within walking distance. Maximum of 4 guests only please. Because we have animals, there is absolutely no smoking (of ANY kind) inside or outdoors. There are homes in the region that are certainly more luxurious, but they are also more expensive. Our place isn't fancy, but it is clean and comes with several amenities. No parties please. No pets on the farm allowed.
